What Is Adventure Travel?

At BAREfit Adventure Training, our revolutionary training program gives clients the edge they need to make the world their playground. For several years we've seen incredible transformations taking place. Through Adventure Travel, we will be running Field Day Trips each month, focused on destinations within 100 miles of our gym. Some of these destinations will be very familiar, and others will be on private land or spaces otherwise inaccessible to public. We will cover a lot of distance for primal movement inspired, adventure challenges, incorporating all of the natural elements around us. Add in a yoga session, coffee, food, and beer provided, + some location specific workshops, and you can see how hard we're working to make sure these are some of the most fun and healthy memory making journeys of your life. Join us and you won't regret it.

  • Primal Movement Fitness & Navigation Challenge: Features 1.8 Mile Trail Run + 10 Station Course
  • Each Traveler Will Be Given A Map Of The Entire Challenge
  • Travelers Are Encouraged To Register In Teams Of Two
  • Everyone Has 90-Mins To Complete Challenge @ Their Own Pace
