Tracking progress is key to success. Life change takes time and its easy to get discouraged if you don't see day to day progress in goals.
BAREfit members loose an average of 1-2 lbs of fat per week, gain 1-2 lbs of muscle a month and drop 1-2% body fat per month. These numbers are right where one should be when rocking out a successful and sustainable fitness program.
The issue is that this "slow and steady wins the race" progress isn't obvious in day to day mirror self evaluations. When this is the case, it's easy to get discouraged and lose motivation.
In response to this, BAREfit is making monthly success tracking available to every one of it's members, a perk that up to know had only been available to members with 1on1 sessions.
We made this decision because we want to equip every one of our members with the tools they need to reach their goals.
We will do progress testing the first Monday and Tuesday of each month (beginning Febuary 2nd & 3rd) during regular Pack WORKout times.
We will discuss individual goal setting and nutrition. Along with testing body composition, strength, endurance, agility, and cardio capacity using our signature holistic and minimalist testing protocols.
