Get Ready to Run!

We are excited to announce that our running adventure ready series will begin in December. 

Starting on Monday December 4 we'll be focusing on 1 new running skill each week for 8 weeks. These skills will be incorporated into our pack workouts so you'll get a well rounded education that will help enhance your running. If you're not a runner yet, this can help you get going! This adventure ready series is a great opportunity if you're looking to train for a race. 

You'll learn the following:

  • ankle stability
  • footwork/ light foot strike
  • psoas/ piriformis/ hip alignment
  • core balance/ hip alignment
  • agility
  • vaulting
  • how to fall
  • balance
