We are in the first week of our Running Adventure Ready series and incorporating a different running skill into our workouts each week. 

Ankle Stability is important to running especially if you do trail runs on uneven terrain. Your ankle connects your feet and legs and carries a lot of your weight when running.  Also, ankle and joint injuries are some of the most common with athletes.
