Adventure Ready Series - Paddle Boarding

Earlier this month, we started our third Adventure Ready series focusing on Paddle Boarding. During the 8 weeks going through March and April, we are incorporating a new skill about paddle boarding into our workouts.  You learn different variations of that skill on Push Days, Pull Days and Whim Days. 

The 8 skills are: 

  1. portaging/craft transport
  2. shoulder stability/control
  3. paddle stroke power
  4. balance
  5. core strength
  6. hip/torso mobility
  7. rescue skills
  8. craft remount

Then after the series ends we are hosting a big Paddle Boarding event to put these newly learned skills into action!
