Cycling Adventure Ready Series

Last week we launched our Cycling Adventure Ready series. For these next 8 weeks we will incorporate a different Cycling related skill into our pack workouts. We'll be focusing a lot on Cyclocross which is a form of bicycle racing. (

  • Peddling technique: hill climbing, cadence
  • Endurace: leg, cardio, core, shoulder
  • Cyclocross: vaulting/carrying bike, mount/dismount
  • Core/hip balance: lower back strength, hip health
  • Trail building: shoveling, rock carry
  • How to fall: balance, rolls
  • Repair skills: grip strength, crouching
  • Shoulder and upper back health: push and pull stabilizers
