Symptoms of Dehydration

When you're exercising regularly, it's important to make sure you are consuming enough water.  With August being a very hot month, and people sweating a lot during workouts, make sure you are replenishing your body. Dehydration is serious but can be easily avoided.

  • extreme thirst
  • less frequent urination
  • dark colored urine
  • fatigue
  • dizziness
  • confusion
