2. Nutrition Goal: Follow Nutritional Guidelines Daily

* 2 Points For Each Day

3. Outdoors Goal: Exercise Outside 1+ Times Per Week

* 2 Points For Each Exercise Session

4. Bonus Goal: Check Facebook Group For Weekly Bonus

* Worth 3 Points

Grade System

20+ Weekly Points = Committed Club (A Team)
16+ Weekly Points = Committed Club (B Team)

Every Monday We Do A Drawing For The Weekly Prize! A-Team clients get 2 entries. B-Team clients get 1 entry.

Track Your Score Daily, Submit Weekly Score Before 12PM Each Monday (Total Score For Previous Monday - Sunday)
