Whim Skills use an AMRAP station based format similar to our Push/Pull days, except one of those stations is a big ridiculous obstacle course Capt. Curtis conjures fresh every week, along with stations focused on mobility, agility, balance, climbing/crawling/jumping skills, partner games and all the other skills you need to win ninja warrior or survive the zombie apocalypse.
