BAREFIT ADVENTURE TRAINING LIABILITY WAIVER
In consideration for being allowed to participate in activities, workouts, and training sessions offered by BareFit Adventure Training, I, the undersigned, agree to the following terms and conditions:
Acknowledgment of Risks: I understand that the workouts and activities offered by BareFit Adventure Training involve physical exertion and potential risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, illness, property damage, and in extreme cases, death. I acknowledge that these risks are inherent to such activities.
Assumption of Responsibility: I voluntarily assume all responsibility for any and all risks and hazards associated with participating in the activities provided by BareFit Adventure Training.
Fitness and Health: I affirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions or injuries that would prevent my participation in these activities. I agree to inform BareFit Adventure Training of any changes in my health that may affect my ability to participate safely.
Release and Waiver of Liability: I release, discharge, and hold harmless BareFit Adventure Training, its owners, instructors, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of my participation in their activities.
Photographic Release: I grant BareFit Adventure Training the right to use photographs, video, or other media taken during the activities for promotional and marketing purposes.
Understandability: I have read and understand the terms of this waiver, and I acknowledge that I am signing it voluntarily.
Legal Age: I am 18 years of age or older, and I have the legal authority to enter into this waiver.
